Self Catering Accommodation
Pen y Berth offers an immaculate cottage situated between the seaside resorts of Nefyn and Pwllheli: Sleeps 7 & 4 respectively.
This fabulous cottage is situated on a 200 acre working
farm near the small hamlet of Boduan.
A five minute drive will take you to the seaside at either
Nefyn or Pwllheli and approximately 15 minutes will take you
to the renowned seaside resort of Abersoch.
The immediate vicinity is a haven for walkers, birdwatchers,
sailing enthusiasts, golfers and of course beach lovers. As
the cottages are set in 200 acres of land the play area is
abundant.
Ample safe off road parking for cars and boats.

A small patio area to the rear of the property is ideal for barbecues. There is also a large shared garden with children’s playthings.

Two Self Catering Bungalows on the Pen y Berth Caravan Park
These delightful, open plan bungalows have stunning sea views and are available to let all year round either separately or together. Each bungalow sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (1 x Double and 2 x Twins).
Living Room
Large and spacious open plan living areas – the fully fitted kitchens have a built-in fridge, a cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. Please note however that neither bungalow has a freezer. The views from the kitchen window and patio doors over the fields of Pen y Berth farm to the sea is quite spectacular. As the crow flies the beach can only be a mile and a half away.
Both dining tables can seat six comfortably. The leather sofas and armchairs are perfect for watching the large flat-screen televisions after a day on the hills, on the beach or of course playing golf.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a glamorous leather double bed and leads into a pretty en-suite bathroom with a shower fitted over the bath. The back bedrooms overlook a large lawn area and have twin beds.
All beds have duvets and synthetic pillows. Contemporary furniture, original paintings, books and magazines add to the feeling of this being a home away from home. All bedrooms have carpets.
Patio
The back garden is shared between both bungalows and offers a large enclosed playing area. The garden has a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue. The front of the bungalow has a wide tarmaced area with plenty of space for parking boats and cars.
Other Information
Both bungalows have oil central heating, which is free of charge. Electricity is by a £1 coin meter.
Freshly laundered bed linen is provided and beds are made up prior to arrival. Kitchen towels are supplied.
Cots and high chairs are available by arrangement as are personal towels at £5 per person.
We regret that pets are not welcome – unless by prior arrangement with the owner.
Both bungalows are available as of 4 pm on Saturdays. We kindly ask guests to vacate by 10 am on the morning of departure.
